FAQs
What’s included in each visit or service?
Every service includes personalized care based on your pet’s routine. Drop-ins and walks come with GPS tracking, photo updates, and a detailed report card. Boarding and house sitting include daily photos, feeding, playtime, and routine support.
How do I book services with Nubz & Tails?
You can book directly through our Time To Pet portal. New clients can request a meet & greet first, and returning clients can schedule services anytime through the app for fast confirmations.
What do I need to provide for boarding or house sitting?
For boarding, please bring your pet’s food, leash, and any comfort items they love. For house sitting, leave clear instructions for feeding, routines, home access, and emergency contacts. We’ll handle the rest with daily updates.
Do you accept aggressive or reactive dogs?
Safety is our top priority. We’re happy to care for shy, anxious, or reactive pets, but we cannot accept dogs who show aggression toward people or other animals. If your dog has mild reactivity (leash pulling, barking at strangers, nervousness), please let us know—many pets just need patience and a calm environment.
All new clients must complete a meet & greet so we can ensure your dog is a comfortable and safe fit for our home and services.
